Welcome to Winter!
Well, the first big storm has crashed into the east coast dumping upwards of 40 inches. The Midwest has a blanket of white and storms are rolling through the Northwest. Here in Big Sky, the flurry machine is on while more and more terrain is opening. With winter now upon us, my focus turns to gliding over, on and through snow. The first run of the day is my morning glide, when I just feel the snow under my skis and get in tune with the day.
I hope you all have a great Holiday Season and enjoy the peace and stillness of a winter’s day. As we wrap up 2020 and drop off the cornice into 2021, I for one am excited for new beginnings.

Can you feel it? Winter is rolling in! Snow has been falling in Colorado, Montana, and here in the Northeast. There's great anticipation in the air as well as pent up demand for the new ski season to begin.
Optimistic Outlook
There are lots of questions about what the upcoming ski season will look like. My read on it is the resorts are being forthright about what to expect and how to prepare. Retailers are reporting solid sale numbers for the fall and winter sports enthusiasts everywhere are amped up and ready to rumble on the slopes!
